For the electric bil you can just look
at the appliances that use electric.
My electric goes up in the winter because I
have heaters in the barn and in one or two rooms.
I pay the price for the electric heat.
My oil bill goes up because the price of oil
is up. The disclosure may have been correct a few years
ago but the price of oil and gas is, like gas, higher.
