Hi Heatpro, With all you have seen and done in your years of working with boilers do you think it is a good idea to look at baffles to see if they are rusting? I have a residential peerless boiler with 3 baffles in it. There is nothing wrong with unit, runs fine. It is about 8 years old. Just want to know if in that amount of time have you ever seen baffles going bad that they should be replaced? Or should I check them anyway to see there condition? Or is 10 years a good number to take a look at them? Asking because I have to buy gasket for fan and flue box to get at them. Dont want to waste money for nothing. Thanks again.
