Two questions for clarification

After two full weekends I finally removed the original 660K 8 Tank Steam Boiler.

1. I noticed in one of your posts that you stated that it would require repiping between radiators. My Radiators are very large Floor Radiators which actually almost sit sideways under the floor and are incased in a square metal box with one very small (about 4 x 6 ) hole in the side to regulate airflow and have one pipe entering on one side and another exiting on the other and a third pipe near the top which comes out and a vent is placed on the end - Are you saying that I have to tear out all the old iron piping between these radiators and use PEX?

2. Will the ways that the valves are set up work for hot water?

3. According to what I find the best PEX only supports heat to 200 degrees is this sufficient for gravity heat of 3 floors with radiators in the basement?
