First, thanks a lot for your help. Can't I wire the 60 low limit to just cut power to the pump when the boiler low temp is met? The cover on the low limit says R-W connection opens on temp decrease.

: You state that you want the circ to run til the low limit is met, as an L8148A doesn't have one; you'd need a 60 to have one. It is also odd that the circulator runs for 15 seconds after the burner shuts off as an L8148A cuts them both off at the same time. A low limit would keep the boiler hot which is what you don't want. What you are looking for is a Peerless or System 2000 control to send the hot water out of the boiler to the radiation after firing or, as suggested, wire the circulator to run all the time.
