Flame 'rollout' is due to not enough draft, from a clogged exchanger or no draft in the combustion products vent, or a maladjusted gas pressure in the gas control. Fixing the problem will require a gas pressure manometer to adjust the gas flow to the required pressure, often 4 inches of water column or whatever the manufacturer specifies AND assurance that the exchanger and/or flue isn't blocked.

It's a LOT easier to adjust it properly than to buy several hundred gas valves until you hit a lucky one.

And what in the world is a 'heating center?' Is that a parts clerk in a store making $7.50 an hour?
