What replaces old Crane furnace

We have a radiator based heating system utilizing a Crane Company hot water furnace Model 2WG3PWNB (natural gas), manufactured by Bastian-Morley of Indiana. It has an output of 96000 BTU/hour. It has White Rogers components (gas valve, pilot relay, etc.) and most no longer work. The furnace is pre 1960's; it came with the house.

We wish to replace the furnace immediately (the water pump is relatively new). I don't know much about furnaces and boilers, so am wondering what is available that would make a good replacement and what new features we might find useful to incorporate as well.

Thanks for any assistance
N. Gacki
