Which controller for circulator - NTI TI150 or Amtrol Boilermate Indirect

We are having a new NTI TI150 condensing boiler installed (by a reputable local HVAC company), along with an Amtrol Boilermate WHS60 indirect hot water tank.

Which controller (TI150 or Amtrol SmartControl) would be better to control the hot water circulating pump? It seems both units can power the 2nd pump...

If the TI150 feeds the hot water circulating pump for the indirect, then is there a suitable 5 Volt aquastat connection available from the Boilermate into the TI150?

If the Boilermate smartcontrol feeds the hot water circulating pump, then I need to supply 120 VAC to the boilermate but the TI150 still needs a 5 Volt aquastat wire...

Help! How does this work? I am sure our local HVAC company will figure it out, but I want to learn the advantages/disadvantages of each method from someone familiar with both units...
