Yes and no, it depends upon the length and diameter of the tubing that is passing the water forced through it by the circulator. You won't know until you know the resistance head of the kick-space heater that is imposed upon the existing resistance head of the existing circuit.

There are tables for that purpose:

You'll be able to tell by a thermometer indication the starting temperature of that circuit minus the ending temperature not exceeding a 30 degree drop; but it takes planning aforethought, not a guess.
