I would get other estimates. The RSA is the bottom of the line steel boiler. I still feel an indirect gives you plenty of hot water at a savings. Oil prices will continue to rise so every percentage point will help, Now I wouldn't install one on a 30 year old boiler. You're also getting the opportunity
to "right size" the boiler. After 30 years, I assume new windows, doors, insulation was improved.
With a proper heat loss calc, you might only need a boiler one or two sizes smaller. smaller boiler and an indirect will save you some money over the next 30 years.
