Columbia Boiler stops working every few days

History:
10 yr old gas fired hot water radiator boiler with electronic ignition. Works great for about 2 days then stops. If I turn the power off to the boiler it resets it self and works for about 2 more days. (If I turn power off at the thermostat it will not reset it self and does not start working.)Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
