Hello I would just like to say that this is a great site and I appreciate all the great help that the average homeowner can get from you guys!! I have a old (30+) Weil-Mclain boiler. the way its set up now is that when the thermostat calls for heat the boiler fires and the circulating pump starts. the temp on the gauge says 95f the boiler will run for about a half hour the water is only getting to about 110 on the supply. when the room is satisfied the water will drop all the way to 95 again it just seems like I would want the tank to maintain at least a 140 or 160f temp all the time right? is this the way it should be set-up?
