I receintly bought an 80 year old 2 family home with a gas fired boiler. I am finding that after about 40 minutes with the heat turned on, the Pressure relief valve opens and sends steam all over the basement. I've been learning of the systems various components online, and cant seem to find an expansion tank in my system. Is this possible? PRV blows at 5 psi.
