Weil supplied the burner for a short time, then discontinued because knowledgable installers refused to install anymore QB180's. Now our customers have orphaned junk burners and we are responsible because we trusted Weil McClain. Weil did this with their piece of junk water heaters, the "plus", then "Ultra" gas boilers. Anyone want to be the test dummy for their condensing oil boilers? Weil McLain is coasting on the reputation of their once good boiler, before they started using rubber gasket between the sections rather than push nipples. In my opinion, Weil Mclain screwed every purchaser of a QB 180 and should supply a carlin or beckett.
