As I was told, when they came out, Weil had them built for them. The burner uses standard burner parts, but the air tube, shell and static disks were made for Weil from separate design. This can be confirmed or denied by someone who was on the design team. Often, 'new' designs for the US are subbed from foreign manufacturers.
