I've seen the other threads here that deal with relatively young V7's cracking and leaking. I'm finding myself in the same predicament. Center block, about 1/2 way up the right hand side right at the casting mold seam... small leak. Just wondering what the typical series of events leading up to failure (like when I will be in iminent danger of failing this bolier.) Just trying to see how much time I have to find a good installer and figure out what system I'll be going with. I get a Carrier and Bryant discount through work so I'm leaning toward those brands... am I blinding myself to better brands for lower prices?
