i am installing a radiant open system (with takagi tankless) two zone (2 circuits in basement shop-500 sq. ft-, 7 circuits living area-1100 sq. ft.). noticed you posted info/schematic re; gauges/check valve and assume mixing valve, pressure valve etc. locations. any info greatly appreciated. ive installed 1/2" pex 8" o/c upper floor (with heat plates) to be insulated with radiant barrier and 1/2"pex 12" o/c over 1" 'blueboard' insulation in downstairs shop slab. no circuit over 300'- all circuits very close in length (about 280' including manifold) i think i need a taco 009 for living and an 007 for slab zone. i figured all living circuits to be driven by 009- no other acuators etc and am planning on installing ball valves at both ends of all 9 circuits.- am i on the right track- observations/ideas feed back- especially on the aformentioned valve etc. locations greatly appreciated.
thanks
