Water velocity inside a radiator in a gravity or pumped system is so low that dirt rarely gets out of them. If it on't fall out by being banged around during installation when dry and after being flushed out wet, there's not much worry. Acid cleaning them will make flaky rust that will fall out at about the same rate as leaving them alone, but then spots are thinner and weeps can happen.
