Tell him that you 'd expect to pay his inspection and service fee when the tech comes with tools to
Check the gas pressure
Clean and adjust the ignition system to factory specs
Clean and tighten all electrical connections
Check the exhaust pressures and make sure they are within factory specs.
Receive a written report of the readings to compare year-by-year with wear and changes from initial factory settings.
Otherwise you have no need for further services.
