The questions you ask have no answers of the kind you want, except from guessers and salespeople.
There is no national rating agency for longitudinal studies of satisfied or otherwise customers. It isn't a toaster or a computer, but a heater that becomes part of a custom system in an unspecified house, serviced by unknown levels of proficiency with no particular maintenace at all.
You can become as nasty as you want in an unknowing demand that someone come up with an answer you must have or else. When you get a precise answer from an engineer, let us know.
