I am still confused about one thing.
[not one thing - the entire wiring process and purpose, although EXACTLY how to run the wires has previously been stated - with diagrams in URL's]

In your first reply you stated that one yellow goes to the 24volt [separate transformer that is not the same transformer wire or terminal on that transformer that goes to the R on the thermostat] and the other yellow goes to W.

If the reds go to R and W (TT) [on the circulator 501 or 832 switching relay] then W would get one red and one yellow?
+++ No.
+++ The reds go to the RW of the 501 or the TT of the 832 circulator switching relay. They are not the same wires as the yellows that go to the transformer.
