Thansk for the reply. I guess the main reason is that no one has offered a condensing boiler. We contacted 6 different contractors and only 3 showed up. I guess the others were too busy, and tried to reschedule a meeting. But even talking with them on the phone, none of them even mentioned a condensing boiler.
By the way, the 3rd contractor came back with a quote for a Utica MGB100 as his only option.
