Heat pro I have a boiler and there is a diaphragm expansion tank with a I think you call it a air trap that the tank attaches to. And on top of the trap is a little round unit with a little thumb screw on it. I turn that a quarter turn and I hear a little air come out and stop. If I do it again in a week I hear a little air come out again. I am new to boilers and I also just moved into this place. This a complete new system that is less than 3 years old. Anyway, the air I am releasing is not coming from that attached diaphragm tank is it? I dont want to be doing the wrong thing. Should I not open that screw a touch to release that little air, will that cause me trouble in the future if I do that? Or is it a good thing to do that every once in awhile. Thanks.
