Remeber the saving from a condensing boiler is to condense, so you don't want return water temps over 120° Let the water temp drop and run constantly. You shouldn't be settting back with radiant. I would suggest a Traingle Tube Prestige
Solo 110 or the Lochinvar Knight both have 110K BTU units that can turn down to 25% of load.
