Right. As the TD is 25-20 with both running, all is good. Until January there isn't much reason to run at high 240,000 buth input with both burners unless it is somehow more efficient that way. a 10-15 TD is very good for the 140,000 input. You can afford to close the outlet valve til it gets to 30 TD on high, then there is less pressure to be concerned about to the upper zone flow that you were worried about before. With the ErgoMax control set for 140-150F, the outlet temp of 180F should be sufficient.
