The total baseboard is 58 feet, which is 34000 btuh of heating at 180F. The required flow for that amont is 3.4 gpm, which can flow through a longest distance of either loop of 150 feet.

The one detail you did not supply was whether there will be more than 200 feet of 3/4-inch tubing in either loop when using the usual circulators available.

If neither loop of the two is more than 200 feet from the circulator to the circulator, you can use a 3/4-inch common returnn for both of them.
