I am running four zone hot water basebaord. One of the zones will have a total of 58 ft of baseboard (the rooms have very large windows and have a high heat loss). The piping to the baseboards is 3/4". I have broken this zone up by using 2 supply pipes, 1 going into 28 ft of radiator, the other going into the remainding 30 ft. My question is, if I use a common return pipe should I go to the next size of 1" or go to 1.25", or should I just run 2 return pips. The 1 pipe return will be easier to do.
