Try using a biasi boiler which is castiron and 3 pass for a maxium heating surface from burner
use a reillo burner and install a seperate indirect domestic water storage tank.
The tank ranges from 30gallon on up and is tied into the boiler. Consider it another heating zone
which runs hotwater thru a coil in the storage tank. USe a heating zone control to operate the different circulator and get one that has priority zone control. Use that for storage tank.
The boiler now will run for summer use on a cold start
