Yes, set the Ergomax at 150F. Take Lochinvar at their word and let the tank control the water from 140F with a 10F differential. You can widen that to 140F-155F if necessary.

Yes, let the Ergomax feed the domestic water inside the copper tubes to the Phase III storage, then to the house.
