An option is to take the pumped pipes to the Phase III off the system manifold stubs; then tee at the Ergomax to use boiler water for both from a parallel manifold and get rid of another 007 circulator, flow control, and relay.

The flow rate through the Ergomax determines if the Phase III gets 150 water or less. Having a tempering valve at the phase III determines if you get the boiler temperature or less.
