Might be a:
dirty cad cell,
a bad wire,
a wearing pump seal,
a leak in the line,
some water or sludge in the line,
a dirty flue,
a change in the draft,

in other words, lots of reasons that won't be found by a wish and a guess.

If you get someone in with a vacuum gauge and combustion test instruments you'll get indications of how the unit compares with other burners, then the tech will know what to work toward.
