Water Heater Burner problem

Anyone have and idea what would be the cause my Domestic hot water heater burner control switch (Honeywell R8184G4033) to kick into system lockout. I have tried replacing it and the new one does the same thing. My House Heating Boiler is run on the same oil line as the domestic water heater, actually the Domestic heater line is tee'd off approximately 4 feet before the House heating boiler. Would it be possible that when my House heating boiler is running that it causes a lack of oil to run to domestic water heater and if this burner is attempting to start at the same time it triggers the lockout, although I simply press the reset and the burner starts up fine and the water heats up. I never had this problem before and the system was setup like this for over years. Maybe it's all in the switch and not the oil line?
