Thanks HeatPro for getting back with me. Here are some additional facts: The main trunk line is 1 inch copper that runs from boiler 60 feet to the north wall of room. Here it is tee'd into two 3/4 inch returns that go along the walls, hit the slant fins and back to the boiler. I'm losing about 40 degrees on the return into the boiler. When boiler comes on water heats up within a minute or two and shuts back down. Do you think its a flow problem with the water not being distributed out of the boiler quick enough? My new guy thinks the pump is adequate. Must say it's very frustrating. Thanks again for the help. Simie
