Joe reminded me of an issue with our Phase III TR-60.
The boiler piping to and from the TR-60 is 1 1/4". However, the pump that is present in the Phase III loop is a 007 Taco. I was told by someone that that pump is not allowing the TR-60 to recover as quickly.
What size pump would you recommend? The boiler is running currently at 150,000 BTU, but in the dead of winter, it will probably have to have high fire turned on to increase it to 300,000 BTU
