Crown Boilers - good/bad ? Indirect tanks ?

Hi,
I had a contractor give me an estimate on upgrading my oil-fired boiler. He uses Crown Boilers and I was wondering if anyone has an opinion of they are good or bad ? He wants to install the TWZ-100.

Also, he recommends an indirect tank also - any thoughts on this ?
