Traditional settings for a hot water coil is 210F high, 180F low with a 20F differential.
If your hot water has been enough, then leaving the settings where they are and a 20F differential could keep the water OK.
If you move the settings higher (or even if not) make sure you have a tempering valve to help prevent scalds.
