I have a 25 year old Bryant oil fired steam boiler.. I also have an 80 gal electric Hotwater heater... I have Two options... 1. Replace it with a gas Hot water heater( as gas is in the house)or 2- My heating man advised me that i have a hot water coil in my Bryant oil unit that has never been used...Not sure which way to go... As I eventually will convert to Gas when the old Bryant runs out of steam..Will It be efficient to heat my hot water this way??? Thanks....
