If you look a bit further down on this page there is a discussion of this problem - I solved mine by replacing both thermistors which were not functioning. Check the resistance on the thermistors - should be about 10k at 25oC if it is very far from this replace them. There is also a link for a manual download that someone has kindly scanned in if you need a manual.
