Running water backward through an air scoop won't hurt, there is nothing mechanically moving inside.

Too heavy an antifreeze concentration can slow flow and trap air bubbles in the flow. This might overheat the circulator motor from drag.

When the aluminum liner in the Pex is cracked, air can get into the system due to the porosity of the plastic.

Eventually the air that got into the system will vent out and the drop in pressure might stop; otherwise you will notice a leak somewhere.
