The Taco 0010 is used most frequently in a commercial setting where the circulator is never installed on the return. Move the circulator out to the supply side pumping away from the expansion tank. Reinstall the original model circulator used inside the GV. Pipe the boiler as a subloop off the main. You give no indication why the circulator was switched to such a high output; probably due to the monoflow arrangement.

The water velocity due to the Taco 0010 is too high, making noise.
