Baseboard > cast iron Radiator swap OK??

I'm redoing my bathroom and would like to swap out the current modern baseboard pipe (~12>14")out for a old style cast Iron Radiator. Thats the aesthetic side.

Current system is a single zone hot water to an apt on 4th flr(gas fired, teledyne in the basement, small). bathroom is about halfway through the system.

Whats the technical side of this, can it even be done?
