: Go a=head and use the cast-iron radiator. A problem with using cast-iron radiators on baseboard circuits is that the baseboard doesn't hold much water and has little weight of metal, so it heats up fast and cools down fast, so the thermostat makes the heater go on and off more quickly. This could cause an overheating problem in bedrooms and other rooms; but it isn't much of a problem in a bathroom, in fact, it might be more desirable to have some extra heat. Radiator passages are wide open, so a radiator won't slow the water down to make other rooms cooler by putting the raidator in the circuit with the other baseboard.

Thanks very much!
