The top of the line Peerless Pinnacle is a relabeled Munchkin. Both only give you 12 or 15 year pro-rated warranties. Both models have had a few reported induce draft fan failures. As HeatPro said, sensors are the next likely to fail locking out the burner. Munchkin needs Vision control package, Ultra has controls built in. Both are well rated and big sellers in the market.
