Myson makes a nice flat panel radiator. www.houseneeds.com shows some examples.
Before replacing radiators, I would set up zones, and lower the temperature on the boiler. I just installed a new Munchkin 140 last fall in an old victorian with radiators, and I currently run my boiler at 140 degrees. 180 was way to hot.
