Hello.
I live Levittown, New York and this problem is common. The building inspector of this area has gone to my Town and informed them that this device should not be installed in the neigborhood. The Town claims they have no control NY State does. They are totally incorrect according to the State code compliance division.
We are one of the receipents of this loud device. Further, the vent produces noxious fumes that goes into our house and lingers all over our lawn.
We are up in arms about this.
