The only way you can run out of hot water with a 150,000 btuh 468 boiler and a coil with a tempering valve is to use more than 5 gpm for 20 minutes. This means that you have an unrestricted shower head or your family is filling a jacuzzi, or are using the shower and the washing machines at the same time. This means, as a 468 with coil can keep up with 5 gpm that you are using 5 x 60 gallons per hour or 300 gallons per hour flow rate.

As advised, if you insist on using that much hot water, get a 100 gallon Weil indirect hot water maker and you will then get enough hot water for an hour if you also use the tankless coil, or get two 100 gallon indirects. The alternative is to restrict the coil flow rate to 3 gpm with a flow restrictor and not bother to change anything except to perhaps clean the tankless coil. Your family would have to learn to cooperate and not use more than one tap at a time to do that.
