You may still have dissolved gases from refilling with fresh water or have a leak that is causing more to come in. Valve off the make up line once you are at pressure to eliminate that cause. The schraeder should be on top of a float operated vent. Air will build slowly to get enough to operate the float so there will usually be a little bit there. If you are closing the vent's cap tight it will not release the air. When refilling the system you should run it a couple of hours to get gases out.
