I am in the process of buying a 4000 sq.ft. quadraplex that was built in 1930 and has radiator heat. The original coal fired boiler has been converted to oil at some point in the past and supplies heat to the whole building. I would like to replace it with something more efficient and reliable and was wondering if it would be possible to replace it with a 160 gallon commercial gas water heater. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
