Several questions come to mind: One - are you leaving the feed line valve open after the
initial boiler fill?
What is the pressure in the system when it's cold?
What type expansion tank do you have? And if it is a diaphragm type tank, what is the precharge
pressure?
Was the pressure reducing valve changed out with the new boiler installation?
We need quite a bit of information in order to help diagnose this.
