Weil-McLean Gas Boiler

I had posted earlier about the Weil Mclean gas boiler model CGA and the fact that I was lloking for someyhing a bit more efficient. The Ultra model was recommended but I now have a few more questions:

1) Can the Ultra model support hot water baseboard heat?

2) How much more should I be prepared to pay for the Ultra model as compared to the CGA

3) Is a standing pilot better than the eloctronic ignition type?

3) Finally, my plumber is recommending an Amtrol 41 gallon Boiler mate instead of the winter/summer hook-up I had on our ould furnace (no hot water heater). What's the opinion - should one go with a hot water storage or should it be an on demand system?
