I did those heat loss calculations for first floor and the total btu is 60381 for first floor. Assuming the other floors are roughly the same, the total btu is about 180,000 btu. what type of device do you recommend installing at the steam boiler (I'd like to keep the steam boiler, as converting this house from steam to hot water will take about 3 years), or do you recommend replacing the steam boiler (if it makes a difference)
